I'll ditto that. They were the one over reacting. I didn't even have a reception, so to speak. We just had the typical 'cutting of the cake' and other traditional things right at the church after the wedding. Then we went to my parent's house for lunch with some of the family who came from out of town. And believe me, mine was as unique and special as the fancy wedding with a band at the reception.
