OK. It's actually really easy. And I remember being new and not having a clue... LOL
1) Right click on the image and save it to your hard drive. 2) From the main page of LiveJournal, go to Profile --> Manage Userpics. Over on the left hand side, there will be a little sidebar where you find the image from your hard drive and Upload it. In the Comment area, simply put something like "Made by: switch842". 3) Click the upload button and you're done!
