Ugh. I get that a lot when I'm driving to and from work. Some of the asshats actually decide to get over to the other lane to try and pass me, only to end up a few cars behind me at a red light. Wow, covered a lot of ground there...

But yeah, I hate when they do that too. He's got one preferred speed and has to stay on it no matter what... hmm, sounds a bit OCD-ish. Heh.
