My parents finally sold their house! :-) It's been on the market for almost a year, I think. They had been thinking about moving to Florida or Connecticut. But, they've decided against that. They did find a townhouse in a nearby suburb they like that I think they're going to see about putting an offer down on. My mom is very happy about this. And I'm very happy for them! :-)

It should not take a year to sell a house. Our last one we sold in like three days. That's how it should be. I'm very happy for your parents. although, I think Connecticut would have been very nice.

Well, with this market it's a miracle they sold it at all. :-)
