So, I'm attempting to make something for dinner without a recipe. I hate doing that cos I never know how it's going to turn out. The idea came to me a couple weeks ago when we tried this new pasta - it was chicken and prosciutto stuffed tortellini. And it was just kind of eh. But the idea of the flavor combination sounded good. So, I'm making, um, I guess you'd call it a chicken prociutto roll. I took the chicken, marinated it in Italian dressing, then pounded the breasts flat and wrapped prosciutto and mozzerlla cheese inside it. And now it's baking in the oven.
I just hope it's edible....
EDIT: It was actually quite tasty! Husband didn't like the prosciutto part as much, but that's OK. I think I'll be making it again! :-)
