Got to be girly today

Had a fun afternoon. A friend of mine is trying to get into the make-up artist biz. Mostly for weddings, etc. So, a bunch of us went over to her place, she did our make-up and then we got our pictures taken! So, I got to be a model for a bit today. I'm not always a fan of seeing myself in pictures, but some of them turned out pretty good, I think. The photographer was going to put them up on the 'net for us all to see. So, I may snag some to share with y'all later.

Also, her photographer friend is this guy who got hooked on Stargate by proxy as I was getting her hooked. So, apparently, I'm his hero. :-) And he might come to the convention now, which would be cool. He's pretty awesome. So, we'll see. :-)
