Quick post from my brother's house.

Thanksgiving was good. All the usual yummies. He's actually a really good cook. Surprises me he's not married. Seriously.

Car ride wasn't too bad. I was a little worried as I've been having some back issues recently. I was uncomfortable, but it wasn't as bad as it could have been. Since I wasn't driving, I could move around as much as I needed to get into a comfortable spot.

Yesterday was a day I've been looking forward to for several years now. Ever since my brother moved down here, actually. I finally went to Lambert's. It's this restaurant that does good southern style family cooking. But instead of having baskets of rolls on the table, they bring them out into the dining room, yell "Hot rolls!" and if you want one, you raise your hand/yell out and they chuck it at you from across the room! It was awesome. And right after we sat down the roll guy came out, so I got my roll like right away. Luckily (?) we were sitting in the first booth along the front, so he didn't have to throw every far to get to us. They also have people walking around with big pots of other sides to go with your meal. I got ribs. Which were YUMMY. And was then stupid and forgot the leftovers at the table when we left. D'oh! *headdesk* Oh, well.

Today, we went to the movies. Mom and Dad went to see the new 3D Christmas Carol. We saw Men Who Stare At Goats. Which was really bizarre in a very good way. I recommend it.

Other than that, just been chilling, playing games. Bro has a Wii. Rock Band is hard, dude! I tried the drums. Manged to get through Eye of the Tiger and Don't Stop Believing pretty well, though. :-)

So, yeah. That's been my weekend. We'll be back on the road fairly early tomorrow. I think I've managed to catch up on everything here, if not really replying to posts. Saw Collectormania posts, seems like that was a good time for all who went. See ya later!
