Ya know, I think I'd be more willing to buy into the new Nikita series if it was like a "next generation" thing instead of a retelling. It would be so easy to have this new actress just be someone who was like the first Nikita instead of being the first Nikita. Nikita could even be like a code name or something...

All this assumes, of course, that I am not interpreting the commercials wrong and this is in fact what is happening.

It's just... The original was SO GOOD! And there are better ways of continuing the series than what it appears the CW is doing...
