So, essentially, I'm getting a new laptop

switch842Hubby was able to walk through a manual reset back to factory settings with the Dell rep this afternoon (while I went to Best Buy to pick up S5 on BluRay with the sweet Metallicar keychain). They got the hard drive wiped. When the machine went to reinstall the OS, BSOD! :-P So, it's definitely a hardware issue. Dell is going to be sending out a tech with a new motherboard, hard drive and DVD drive. Which means I'm basically getting a new laptop. :-)
So, right now, I'm pilfering the use of my work laptop for personal use. Hehe. Shhhh.
