Well, you can just get two Canadian stamp, put one on the SASE and stick the second inside and leave a note for Misha advising to use the second if he feels it's warranted. That's what I'd do.

Apparently you cannot get Canadian postage anywhere in the US. Not even from FedEx. So, I ordered a pack of international stamps from the Canadian Post website.... Oy. What the hell am I doing?
