OK, so we finally got the number everyone's been waiting for - Animal. Honestly, I was kinda disappointed. The song was just CHOPPED and the whole Kurt trying to be sexy and failing just killed it. I wanted Kurt/Blaine Eye Fucking a la BICO. I FEEL CHEATED. But, I'll still rewatch that like 80 million times cos Blaine was all nice and hot in it. Though, honestly, like Blaine has any right to say anything about the faces people make when they sing. You're "so thug", Blaine? Really? Ugh.

Burt is the awesomest father in the history of TV ever. I love that this show completely defies all the standard tropes for those kind of roles. Usually, it's all "OK! Awesome! This is fantastic!" or "No son of mine is gay! Get out of my house!" It's really nice to see him trying, but being uncomfortable with it but still TRYING because he loves Kurt. And Chris was brilliant in that scene with the "OMG. Dad stop talking." faces. He deserves every acting award ever.

Oh! Blaine & Burt! Holy crap! That was some pretty epic shit right there. Considering, from what we know, the only time those two have interacted was when Blaine woke up hung over in Kurt's bed. Blaine has got some balls on him. But it needed to be done because, regardless of what Kurt said last week, he never would have asked Burt about it. Possibly until it was too late.

Will is still the most inappropriate teacher ever. You wanna do "Kiss" for the kids? Really?

Emma is such an idiot. She really, really is. She's married to this absolutely amazing man, who is willing to wait for her and deal with her issues and she won't get over her stupid crush on Will. You know what? I used to ship Will/Emma. Not anymore. She CANNOT get him. After all this crap that she's done to herself, she doesn't deserve him. Yeah. I said it. She needs to get over herself and realize that what she HAS right in front of her is great and amazing and Will will never be that. Remember what you said in season 1 Emma: "You're a slut, Will. You're a slut. You're a slut. You're a slut." And, Afternoon Delight? No, Emma. It's not a dessert.

Still LOVING Lauren and Puck. I'm really glad there wasn't actually a sex tape, like rumors/spoilers had suggested.

Santana. Oh, Santana. Girl broke my heart this week. I'm glad we're getting to see more of her and that they're starting to develop her beyond the Latina Bitch thing they had going on. (Slight tandem - I kinda feel like they could have done some of this last week with the Bi!Blaine stuff, too. Have both POVs at once. Could have had a bigger impact, I think.) And, honestly, as amazing as it is that Santana was able to realize who she really wanted, she had no right to basically as Brittany to dump Artie. That's just not fair. The way I see this going, is that Artie knows what's going on and he's the one that breaks up with Brittany. After Regionals. LOL

Original Songs next week. Hmm.... Should be interesting. Going by other spoilers and rumors, it sounds like A LOT is going to happen next week. I hope they can make it work. *fingers crossed*

Blaine overstepped a tad going to Burt, but I'm taking it he was just concerned about Kurt. :D

Burt's conversation with Kurt was great. Most Awesome Dad Ever.

I'm kind of concerned about Kurt's reactions toward sex. He says he likes romance and that's great, but is he not curious? I undersatnd him not wanting to talk with Blaine about it, but I hope TPTB don't give him an aversion to sex as to avoid any boy kissing.

Yeah, Blaine definitely overstepped, but it was something that needed to be said, I think.

I think Kurt's reaction was really understandable. I had put this in another post, but deleted it cos it wasn't what I really wanted to say. But, well, Kurt doesn't have the best track record when it comes to intimacy - Brittany and Karofsky. Not so good.

From what I've read, it does seem that some of this is continued into next week. It should be pretty amazing if the spoilers are right.
