Here are the rules:
1 -- Leave a comment, saying you want to be interviewed.
2 -- I will respond; I'll ask you five questions.
3 -- You'll update your journal with my five questions, and your five answers.
4 -- You'll include this explanation.
5 -- You'll ask other people five questions when they want to be interviewed.

1. When and why and for what fandom did you start writing fic?
~I started writing Stargate. That's really all I do at the moment. I do have a Queer as Folk fic in the works, though. Why? Honestly, I was really bored at work one day and had become completely obsessed with the Mazda RX-8. So I thought, "I wonder what would happen if I gave Daniel that car?" and it just went from there.

2. Chocolate: Russell Stover or Godiva, and why?
~Godiva. Russell Stover is too confectionary, if that makes any sense. You can tell it's mass produced. Godiva has more of a handmade feel to it.

3. What instrument do you play?
~I play the flute.

4. They say in a house fire, a woman with children will grab them; a woman without children will grab her most prized possession. You don't have children (for sake of argument), what would you grab?
~Dang. This is hard. My laptop? Just cos everything is on there and it would totally suck if all that was lost. Everything else can be replaced.

5. America swung waaaaaaay right (or left, depending on your POV) and you decided it was intolerable living here anymore. To which country would you move to live the rest of your life?
~Probably Canada. Cos it's close enough to the US that it wouldn't be so bad. I tried the foreign country thing in college (France) and it didn't work so well.

Yay for moving to Canada! ;-)

I'll bite...I'd like to be interviewed.
(Memes are my crack).

1. If you were stuck on a desert island with only one book, what book would it be and why?

2. Did you have any weird nicknames when you were a kid? Care to share?

3. If you could do any job in the world and do it well, what would it be?

4. Is there any stereotype that you actually live up to? (i.e dumb blonde, etc)

5. What movie/book/song/work of art do you wish you had created?

1. What was your favorite subject in high school?

Chemistry. I loved it. It's the Sam Geek gene in me. I was one of those freaks who actually liked solving quadratic equations for matter conversion in formulas. :D

2. If you could be the lead singer of any band, which band would it be?

Eesh, that's a hard one. Um, I guess I would say Evanescence. I don't even remember her name, but I really love their music. I am truly out of the music scene these days though. Unless something gets rec'ed to me, I don't hear it.

3. Black & white or color?

Color. Although some things call for the simplicity of black and white, I generally prefer the changes that color can bring about in things. It can completely change the look, mood, feel, and tone of anything.

4. What is your favorite fairy tale/fable?

Aesop's tale of The Fox and The Grapes. I remember reading this story in like the second grade and it just stuck with me. I like the truth that it conveys. You may think you know what you want. But you may not always like what you get.

5. Favorite tourist trap? (i.e. Disney World)

It's been years since I've been to Disney, so I don't recall it much. Heck, I was only 7 at the time. But I really enjoyed Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA. I liked that it had so many different themed sections. And loved riding The Alpengeist rollercoaster and The Terror Of Pompei water ride.
