Another story! Holy crap, I'm on a roll. :-D Anywho, this story is in response to Pepe's Place "Past Lives" challenge. There are no Stargates, no AUs. Just past lives. When the challenge was first announced, I basically got two images out of it - Daniel running through a castle, arms full of firewood and Daniel waking all sleepy eyed by a fire.

Basically, it's pre-slash - the story of how they got together. If my muse gives me more, I may do a sequel. We'll see how that goes.

That's okay. I'm usually good with titles, like, I have those before the story. But for some reason, this one, I just drew a blank. Oh, well. :-D
