Does anyone else watch Top Gear? It's back on BBC America. I cannot tell you how much I love this show. It's where I fell in love with the Mercedes McLaren SLR. The sexiest car EVER.

Anywho, on the episode they just had, Jeremy redesigned the interior of an old Mercedes S Class. It was HIDEOUS. He put stone floors down!! He had like dining room chairs for the driver's and passengers seats. Whenever they turned a corner, Richard just went flying. HE put a wood burning fireplace in the back. I hope it gets up on youtube soon. Y'all just need to see it.

Do you remember Milo from the Con? He watches that show. Talked about it quiet a bit. He even showed me a clip with the two guys standing around an ice-hole, talking about how quickly they needed to change clothes once they got wet.... *trailing off on this bit*

Honeybunny was flipping through channels and I caught just a little bit of the show. But it seems it was something about going cross-country and getting stuck in mud (or some such.)

Top Gear is hilarious! The last one I saw was where they made their own stretch cars. One of them had two fronts. And Jeremy's broke in half while he was chauffeuring someone to an awards show in it... ROFL

I must have missed that one! Darn it. Last week they had to make amphibious cars. Horrible failure is all I can say. Horrible. But so funny!!

I ADORE me some Top Gear! :-D They're just soooooo silly! And slightly scary on occasion :-o
A pity the most recent series only had ~6 eps (because Hammond almost died in that car crash), but hopefully there'll be more!

yeah, he was driving some stupidly fast car (like 400mph) and it crashed, it was touch and go for a while, but he was VERY lucky to come out of it without any significant injuries. Apparantly he had some brain problems initially, but even those seem to have cleared up. His first ep back they made a HUGE deal, and then swore to never mention it again.... and they haven't. Of course they go on to do more stupid things in the truncated series too :p

That's OK. I don't think it's really a series that can be spoiled! And of course they do stupid things! They will always do stupid things. It's part of their charm. :-)
