I had to stay home yesterday, as well, because I can't walk. I really fucking hate shin splints. This time, though, seems to be so much worse than others. They acted up last week while we were skiing. But as soon as I felt the first twinge, I was done skiing. That was Thursday. Usually in about a week, I'm pretty much fine. And Wednesday I did feel like it was getting better. But, by the time I got home from work, I could hardly walk at all. It took me at least 10 minutes to walk from my car in our parking garage up to our apartment. Woke up Thursday and went to get in the shower and promptly flopped back down on the bed. That wasn't happening. And today, it ain't much better. I've been icing and stretching and all that stuff, but nothing is working! Grr!!!!!!!! I may have to actually call the doctor even though I doubt there's anything they can do. :-P

I'm so sorry, are you any better today?
Also, I noticed the I hear: psych. The kid and I just started watching that show and we're pretty much falling in love. There was a marathon on USA, I think, and we DVR'ed a bunch so we're doing a little catch-up. Funny.
Hope you are doing better.

Today seems to be a little better. I may end up calling the doctor if it's still iffy tomorrow. Cos that will have been a week and a half and that's just not good.

I LOVE Psych. It's so freaking hysterical. I just love everything about it. Plus a bonus for me is all the Stargate actors showing up as guest stars! :-)

I am, yes. Thank you. Not quite 100%, but definitely at least 90%. :-) Although I now seem to have become allergic to something over night as I have broken out into a rash and hives. Guess I'll be calling the doc today...
