I will wait until July 29th. I will not hunt torrent sites for Continuum. I will be a good fangirl.

I'm waiting....I've got a 42" Sony Bravia TV with Surroundsound waiting in the apartment we're renting in Vancouver....and the novelty of buying a DVD in Seattle to look forward to.....Jim and me are having a special "private screening party" with chips and beer at the beginning of August....*giggles*...

I don't want to spoil myself by seeing it on a small screen first....

Deeds xx

Seeing as we don't get it until after everyone else, and I totally plan to buy the DVD and watch it on my parents' 42" LCD, I feel no guilt in the fact that I have found, downloaded, and am 1/3 of the way through already *g*

Well, you are in a slightly different situation... :-D

Is there a release date for over there yet? But I only have 26 days left to wait. I can do it!

August 7th. Yeah, it's not a huge wait, but everyone will have seen it by the time it comes out here, and I would be spoiled! So it's a self-defence technique to watch the leaked version. Honest.

LOL, your icon reminds me of a group of friends who went to a Neil Diamond concert, and all got t-shirts printed with NFD on the front :o)

Ahh, gotcha. Yeah, that's not so bad. But I get what you mean. It's why I download Doctor Who. Plus I want the full episode! :-)

Ah, do they cut out bits of the show to fit the adverts in and still keep to a half-hour or one-hour schedule? TVNZ used to do that with Blackadder. There was such an uproar when people realised they were cutting up to 8 minutes of the show out. Eventually they replayed them all full length, so they were 40 minutes long with commercials. England is one of the few places where half an hour of telly is a full half hour with no commercials.

Yup. Though, so far, nothing too noticeable has been cut. Just little bits here and there. So, it's not as bad as it could be. :-)

You can do it! I, however, have no willpower and downloaded it the second I saw it was available. And now I have a lot of plot bunnies and fix it's running through my head that I have no time to write.
