Holy fucking shit. Was that not just the AWESOMEST THING EVAR?!?!?! Gah!!

I just don't even know what to say other than OH.MY.GOD.

Well, one thing, maybe. They killed Daniel AGAIN? WTF? LOL

Hammond. Aww. So nice to see him. I'll admit, I got a little teary.

And what was with Davis being in it for like 2 seconds? He totally could have been in it more. Interrogation scene. The bunker stuff. He could have been in there somewhere.

Yeah, I think I'm gonna have to like watch it again and comment as I do that. Cos there's just too much going on right now. But, yeah. AWESOME!

I love the movie!!

There was so many good things about it.

In a few days I will make a post in regards to the movie letting you know what Michael said about certain bits of the movie to Paul and I on the ride back after the premiere in Vancouver. In it there will be something about Colin. :D

The movie is made up of so much awesome it's not even possible. I have only read about one of the folks on my flist who didn't think this movie owned the frakking universe. Rob Cooper is a Stargate god!

Someone didn't like it? WTF? BTW, Cooper did Ark of Truth. This was Brad's baby. And Brad. Is made of awesome. So is Martin Wood. :-D

Well fine then. Brad and Martin and Rob are all gods now. Yes quite a few folks actually didn't like it. But seriously, I have yet to read WHY they don't like it. They just don't. I think some folks just are never going to be satisfied. Probably in the "not enough Jack and Sam" camp.

Probably in the "not enough Jack and Sam" camp.

Ugh, whatever. Any Sam/Jack is too much Sam/Jack. ;-)

But, ya know what? Even if this ends up being "the end" of SG1. It was awesome. Great way to go out.

Except it won't be as Brad confirmed that MGM has signed off on a third movie. I believe he annouced it at Comic Con.

From what Brad Wright said at comic con, MGM has already ordered a third movie and thus he has begun writing the third movie.

And after watching Continuum for a second time, I have to say that Cliff so TOTALLY owned this movie. I know that there was lots of SG-1. But seriously, outside of them, this movie was so Ba'al's movie! Not that I'm complaining mind you, I just think he did such an awesome job, I'm hoping he features strongly in the next movie as well. And more Vala not as Qetesh (though Vala as Qetesh did kick some righteous ass)!

I believe Colin wasn't supposed to be in it at all, but they were doing the big intro-sweeping-through-the-base-shot and he happened to be there so they put him in.

Daniel swore. *giggles like a schoolgirl* I have to admit, there were some rather major plotholes in the time travel stuff (like - why did Mitchell not disappear when Vala did, since he joined SG1 around the same time), but I choose to ignore them because time travel makes my head hurt at the best of times.

Really? That's interesting...

The swearing! That was a surprise! Especially since they do kind of bill themselves as a family show. But, eh, whatever. It worked for me. :-)

I guess they can get away with a little more on DVD. It's got an M rating here, which is "suitable for mature audiences 16 years and over." It's not restricted to over-16's, but it's suggested.

Which is funny, since here the use of the word "bugger" in a Toyota advert was cleared as acceptable by the Broadcasting Standards Authority: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nRxcGnBpvVs
