Dude, they chopped it up!

So, last week (I think) I mentioned seeing the sneak peak of that new show Leverage. Well, I had downloaded it, as I do and I'm now watching a re-run of it "live" on TV. Dude, they chopped so much out of what I saw, it's almost a different show. Like, there are huge 10 minute chunks missing! It's so weird....

Yup. That's the one. It's pretty decent. Some of the characters need a little work, but it just started. Hopefully, they can fix it. It's just funny watching it since it was filmed here and my husband is all, "I walk through that building, I walk down that alley, etc."

It aired Sunday night right after The Librarian. It was a "special" airing that had no commercial breaks. Really, none. It aired an entire hour. I figured any rerun after that would have to cut out quite a bit unless they chose at least a 90 minute block. Seeing that they were running in a 60-minute block I figured 'why bother'. I've already seen the pilot, so now I'll just watch the next episode as it airs.

I'm liking the show. I caught the pilot Sunday and the new episode last night. The Tivo is now set up so I don't miss it.

The premise is pretty good. It kind of reminds me of a cross between Robin Hood and Mission Impossible.

Yeah, it's not too bad. I think the 2nd episode was definitely better than the first. They need to tone down that blonde girl a bit, though. She's just way too over the top and not in a good way....
