HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

I hope everyone's first day of 2009 was enjoyable and (un)eventful, whichever would make you happier. ;-) We actually went out last night for New Year's Eve. This was quite something as my husband isn't really a big fan of parties and large crowds. But my boss and her husband were co-hosting this little party at a local bar where he DJs. So, we went there. It was a pretty good time, I must say. Open bar is always good. And, yes, I danced on the bar. Well, everyone did, really. The girls anyway. :-D Got home around 2:00. Am still very, very tired today. But we went over to my parent's to do our Christmas since they were in Florida at the time. Mom cooked steak and baked potatoes. Yummy. I got the cookie jar I've been wanting that goes with the canister set we got for our wedding. I didn't have a cookie jar and that just seemed wrong. My husband got an electric saw. We don't really have any tools besides the couple drills he has and it's never too early to start building the collection. :-D OK, off to finish a few more icons and then off to bed. Early, yes, but I don't care.... :-D
