A few years back, I turned a friend of mine onto Stargate. She loved it. And now, she's going to come to her first convention!!! I guess all my raving about how fun they are finally sunk in and she'll be joining us at the Chicago Con. So, looks like I'll be booking two hotel rooms for everyone. Elephantgirl, this includes you and Elephantboy. If you want. ;-)

And now, I've introduced her to the fabulous world of SPN. We watched the pilot when she was over the other day and then I lent her my Season 1 DVDs. Which I'm sure she'll love. Hehe.

This is gonna be so much fun!!

Don't kick yourself to much about not watching Dollhouse, to quote the Ry "it's a walking monument to stereotypes". With his new POD assignment he gets to watch tons of Sci fi and even hopes to catch an episode of Leverage, he says he saw some commercials and thinks it looks super neat. Also he may start booting me out early on Friday nights so he can catch the last four episodes of BSG. That's some real nerdy love right there. :-)

Anyways watch Dollhouse, I'd really love to hear your opinions on it.

Dollhouse is on hulu. You are only two eps behind. Get to it. I'll admit... the first episode is only mediocre... but the second one was fantastic. I remain stubbornly hopeful. After all, it's Joss Whedon.

I think one of the reasons I'm kind of on the fence about it is that Fox apparently made Joss change a whole bunch of crap that he didn't want to. So, I'm a little worried about what's left, really.

But seriously, why does he keep going to Fox? He should know better by now! LOL
