So, I was talking about the spoiler I posted last night with a friend and how most people now seem to be in agreement that it's the third brother that will be the death that everyone's been talking about. And honestly? I'm perfectly fine with that.

But, she had a thought....

Because, there is also supposed to be a death that causes a rift between Sam and Dean. What if Sam kills the brother? Because he has to choose between saving him and saving Ruby? Oooooooooo..... Right? How much would fandom explode if that happens? But, I think it could be amazing if they can pull it off. And I think they could.

Hmmmm. Interesting spec. :) But what if it's Dean who kills the brother out of some sort of necessity. More angsty guilt for Dean. That's something I wouldn't put past the writers. They're already heaping a lot on his shoulders, I'd expect them to heap more. ;)

You know I don't think that Dean can take anymore heartbreak but you just know that the writers will push it as much as possible.

I myself am just hoping too hard that Adam not!Winchester doesn't survive long enough to die three or four eps later.

(Why, yes, I am firmly in denial about him really being John's son, or the boys' brother, or even a human... Why do you ask?)

Well, according to the imdb, he's only in this one episode. And the death was supposed to happen in April. And I think there's another break after this ep? Maybe? There's another break somewhere....

But, yeah. Either he dies or isn't really a Winchester.
