It's not exactly a bot in the way I'm used to seeing them. The ones I usually see only have 1 to 3 entries and they simply contain linkspam to porn and pharmaceuticals.
But this is definitely unsolicited. There is no reason for an all-Russian journal to be friending you. The entries and bio appear to be nothing more than picspam. So instead of trying to get you to click a link from a long list they're just posting the pics right there. Also, 241 friends but only 5 of them friended back. Absolutely spambot.
I was looking at it closer. My Russian is so weak anymore the best I can do is sound out the words, but I still catch a little something every so often. The entries appear to be either gibberish or copy-pasted from other articles/blogs. One of them was definitely an article from Men's Magazine. I think the spambots are trying to make their journals look less like a spambot and counting on no one noticing due to language barrier. (But why would I want to be friends with a journal written in a language I don't understand?)
