Those initial opening shots of Sam and Dean with that slow focus pull was AMAZING. And the color switch when Dean was in the "green room" from the super-saturation to the usual washed-out colors of the show.
All the super-tight framing in those few spots was so cool. I'm thinking particularly of the Castiel/Dean scene with the blood. That tight and up close-ness was so intimate I was just holding my breath.
So, yeah.
