In other Torchwood news, BBC has renewed it for a season 4. Too bad I won't be watching. And it's all because RTD is fucking asshat. I really want to write the BBC and let them know that.

Ok I feel like such an outsider on this. RTD is a pissy queen who has allowed all his success to go to his head. But I don't hate him. I don't want his head on a pike. Part of me even gets where he's coming from in terms of the writing. Do I wish Ianto was still here, OF COURSE! Do I think it makes for great drama EVERYTHING that happened in COE? YES! I am still reeling from it. But I don't hate RTD at all. *shrugs* It's strange to me because normally I would be with everyone mounting a fight.
But for some reason I am just not all worked up over his words. And I have been a TW fan for awhile now.

Anyway, that clip is lovely and once again I am wanting to scream and punch things that I am not at CC 09! Argh! Not only did I miss John AGAIN but there are just so many other things going on I wish I was seeing.

Lastly..HOORAY that TW is renewed for a 4th season!!! That's great. And can you really say between now and then that you won't just sort of forget RTD's words, take one look at the lovely John (which I am pretty sure is why we watch, for Captain Jack) and watch S4 anyway? I have a feeling, despite how pissed fans are now come S4 time it won't matter enough to not watch.

Least I know for me, it wouldn't because I adore TW and much like with how CowLip fucked over the end of QAF, doesn't make me love the show less. And Julie does a lot of the writing for it too so it's not all RTD.

Yes. I can honestly say that. Torchwood is over for me. I'm done with it.

Yes, RTD can do what he wants with the characters, their his creations blah blah blah. But you don't have to tell all the fans to fuck off in the process of explaining it. And insinuating the only reason we're all pissed over Ianto's death is because he's pretty?? I'm sorry, that's just so insulting I don't even know where to begin.

yay, i'm not alone. Everyone I talk to has hated COE, but I was satisfied it. I'm glad we got to see jack's dark side they've been hinting at for 2 seasons.
