Do you ever have a hard time trying to figure out what font to use? And trying to just scroll through them in Photoshop is just a pain? Well, I would like to offer you The Font Thing. It is a lovely freeware program that displays all your fonts and allows you to preview the text you may wish to use in your graphic. I've been using for a little over a year now and I LOVE IT! Could not get by without it.

Hm wonder if it works with Gimp...I know I forgot to get something from my boy while I was down in Savannah...okay and that totally sounded wrong considering I'm talking about my best friend. *head desk* 13 hours in a car fries my brain.

It's an independent program. It doesn't "work with" anything else. It just is. :-)

I found something similar to this awhile back but I didn't like it very much so I resorted to just compiling examples of all my fonts into one file. This..seems a whole lot easier and less time consuming. Thank you for the link.
