First off, AC/DC GREAT way to start off. Great selection for a recap. Great editing. Just a great opening.

I like that we picked up right where we left off. It would have felt cheap to have a time jump, I think. Sam and Dean getting ganked out of the way by God? HOLY SHIT.

I think I need to go bullet points now cos there's just too much going on and not enough words at the moment:

~The chick with the Sam/Dean fanfic? HILARIOUS
~Bobby getting demonized? ;ldfkgjs;egj
~Dean being Michael's sword? aslekdfja;soirhg
~Cas returning and kicking angel ass? as;dkjh;sdfg (speaking of, is that Cas? Could it be Michael? Did Cas get some extra angel juice from God? WHAT IS GOING ON WITH HIM??)
~The whole Lucifer/Nick thing? asdlghj;sfg I was almost starting to sympathize with Lucifer a bit. But, I guess that's point. As they say, every villain is the hero of his own story.
~Dean and Sam BROKE UP!! Not like, literally, but damn near. And I was a SOBBING MESS. Damn hormones....

Oh! New!Meg! She was Christian's costar in Hide. If she's the permanent New!Meg then she is AWESOME. Is she going to be back? Or was it just a one off? Anyone know?

Anyway. I think that's all I can get out right now. Leave me comments and we'll talk.

Supposedly, new!Meg will be back. Yay!!

I've never seen anything the guy playing Nick/Lucifer has done, so I don't really have any opinion of that. There is one (slightly shallow) thing that gives me pause about him a little bit. Kripke had said that they wanted their Lucifer to be handsome and charming and suave, etc. And I just don't find him handsome at all in any way. So I really hope he cleans up really well to get us to that place. Cos right now, he just looks like an evil guy.

Oh yayaya! I totally look forward to that. Granted, I wish Nicki Aycox can come back, but this new girl is pretty good, too.

Oh weird. Kripke said that? And here I thought he was going for something totally different with Lucifer by casting Pellegrino. Because, seriously, everything I've seen him play, he's a sleazebag or a blue-collar guy. or a sleazy blue-collar guy. :D I thought Kripke was trying to be radically different. Lucifer is always portrayed as ethereally beautiful, etc. But imagine him as being just like the guy who lives next door. Wouldn't that be a trip.

Who knows, maybe he does clean up really well. He's already surprised me once.
