I'm watching merely cos NPH is hosting. Sadly, this year, I have no interest in any of the nominees.

And, OK, it's been 45 minutes and they've given out 4 AWARDS? Seriously? Waaaaaaaaaaaaay too many commercials. Award. Commercial. Award. Commercial. Can we maybe have multiple awards at a time. Maybe then they wouldn't run over all the time....

ETA: Does anyone else think it's "unfair" in the writing category when one show gets like 4 of the 5 spots? It just seems really odd to me....

This. It's like they're jizzing themselves over the same three shows in every category. I just kinda wish they'd branch out.

Yeah. It's like if a SHOW is nominated. The SHOW should be nominated. Not like 18 different episodes of the show. Spread the love around people. I mean, the actors don't get nominated more than once.

I stopped watching after the Family Guy segment. I don't care if it is a cartoon, there's nothing funny about animal cruelty. Disgusting.

meh - it's the middle of a workday Monday here in kiwiland, so it's not much on my radar. I don't even know if they're doing a delayed broadcast here. I'll keep my fingers crossed that NPH does well - I don't know why anyone in their right mind would want to host them, it's always an interminable bore and everyone is just waiting for the last couple of awards. Well, at least that's how I feel :p
Hope NPH recovers quickly, after all, he has a dinner with YOU to prepare for!..... *cough eventually cough*

NPH seems to be doing as well as one can in this position. He's witty, the opening number was entertaining.

Love the Dr Horrible spot that was great and I am happy Jon Cryer won for TWO AND HALF MEN one of my fav comedies on monday but then I watch them all on cbs ok three of them 'how i met your mother, two and half men and big bang theory'! I heart dr horrible and neil patrick harris. Of course now watch cbs for ncis which a new fan of :)
