I'm confused...

OK, so this embedded media attack thing that happened, I read through the post, but I still don't really understand how I can tell if my journal was attacked. I checked the post I had made last week with my newest vid. It didn't have any of those weird "tags" it talked about. And the embed still seems to work. So, am I safe? Is my journal OK? HELP!

OK. So it sounds like it's a good thing I wasn't able to get on LJ this morning before work. *nods*
