I really don't like my Mom Boobs. They're HUGE! None of the my clothes fit anymore. All my shirts are like an inch shorter than they used to be because of The Boobs. Blech. I liked my old small ones just fine. LOL
I have small boobies. I love them because I don't have to wear bras. [Because I'm a whore my little sister says. She's just jealous though.]
I had this awesome pick up line I was gonna use when I saw this post. It had something to do with me comparing the before and after, but I forget it. /:
When I remember I'll come back and tell it to you. <3
Never fear, your old boobs will return! I went from barely an A to a D while I was nursing. Most people say they end up smaller when it's all over, but I managed not to go below a B, which I have to say I was rather delighted with :o) I look back on pics of me from when Griffin was tiny and just go "whoa, look at those!" LOL.
Yeah, I was a nice B before and am now definitely a full D. I do have sort of a "deadline" for weaning so I can see the end in sight. Just can't wait to get there! :-)
You will, don't worry. I miss my gigantic boobies. So does hubby, I suspect, though their propensity to squirt milk at the slightest provocation freaked him out...
Ugh. It's been a little over three years since I weaned my daughter and I still sympathize.
I went from a B to a DD, and am now sitting in awkward land between C & D depending on the day. It does get better though.
As for possible mastitis it's pretty easy to deal with if you do get it with some hot compresses and a pain killer or two. (I had a couple cases while nursing and working 14 hour days in a place I couldn't pump. It was a *nightmare* job.)
That's my main reason for wanting to start weaning soon. I have no place to pump at work. Plus I'm really not comfortable with breastfeeding in public, so we haven't really been able to go out that much. I'd like to change that. :-)
Yeah my work would have been *bad* to pump in (I was working in agriculture then and that summer I was out on the combines and my work environment consisted of a giant glass box. Definitely NOT ideal for pumping {then add in all my co-workers were male? yeah. not going there LOL}).
Getting out is a nice thing (I too was uncomfortable breastfeeding in public so I get the whole not going out thing.)
