I didn't even think of that at first. But then I remembered he said something about endings being hard, but nothing ever ends. Then it cuts to Dean in the house and Sam appearing after the streetlight flickers. So maybe Chuck is actually God and he somehow brought Sam back?

(though I'm still not sure if that's actually Sam or his spirit)

I so have to be asleep now since I have to work early tomorrow but this show just has me reeling... I'm actually crying at the moment. *iz pathetic*

Oh don't feel bad. I don't even want to think how embarressed I would be if someone had seen me tonight.....crying, loud at one point, sitting there slack jawed, yelling at Sam to FIGHT.....SPN season finales never equal a calm hour. :)

I'm still kinda "Huh?" from all of it. And if I think too much I will start crying again. lol

Heh, thanks... yeah, I had to cry as quietly as possible so I wouldn't wake my parents... and I can just picture my boyfriend laughing his head off at me if he saw me. *sigh* SPN, you just have to do this to us...

Oh, I went through I don't even know how many Kleenex last night. When it was over, my husband (who was downstairs with our son) was like, "So something happened about 40 minutes in and then just a few minutes after that." I was like, "Yeah. Good people died." I don't think I've cried that much since Frasier died on SG.

Me too, I was glad I'd stocked up on them the other day. Yeah, I was a little teary-eyed during the season 3 finale, but nothing near this. Same with me - last time I got this bad was during Fraiser's death on SG-1. *sigh*

OK, I'm gonna have to watch it again, cos I thought the Sam at then end was Lucifer!Sam. I mean, with Michael trapped in there with him, who knows what could have happened....

I kinda got that feeling at first, just by the look on his face when he was watching Dean. But then I thought that would be one helluva cliffhanger to leave us on. Sam as Samifer, and how would we get him back as himself for next season.

And I also thought about the timing with Chuck (or God!Chuck or whatever) saying that nothing really ends, and Sam appearing right after that.

I guess we probably won't know for sure until the show comes back next season. It's gonna be a long summer....

Well, the streetlight popping out was a big clue to me that that wasn't just regular Sam. Whether or not he's still actually Lucifer does remain to be seen. But I just really don't think that was OUR Sam at the end.

Yeah, I wouldn't doubt that he came back different somehow. I was thinking that the streetlight popping was either something dramatic to catch the audience's attention to him coming back, or maybe even a symbol of God's power bringing him back at that very instant.

But yeah, I don't doubt he did come back different.

For me my brain was too fried and sad and 100 other things to comprehend it! But I think he's gotta be....someone pulling the strings. Literally when I saw him POOF I went "What....the ...hell?" But smiled.

I'm exhausted too. That was a ringer of an ep. Jared and Jensen were just ON tonight! I need to watch it again but.....later....when it won't make me cry so bad. :)
