Ouch

A friend of mine came over for dinner tonight and hang with the baby. I made my chicken "enchiladas." As part of dinner, I boil the chicken. I went to take the chicken out of the pot, it slipped from the tongs and splashed boiling water all over the back of my hand. Um. OW. Luckily, I got it under the super cold water from our faucet pretty much immediately and it's not blistering or anything. It's still a little tender in spots, but I had my hand soaking in a bowl of cold water while we watched Glee. I hope I don't ever do that again.

Thanks! It seems to be good this morning. It's a little sensitive still to warm water or rubbing against things. But just sitting here, it's fine. :-)

We did... No idea where it is now. LOL

But it seems to be fine this morning. A little tender, but nowhere near as bad as it could be.
