We have power!

Still at my parent's house, but apparently the power came back on about 6:30 this morning. Hubby went back to check and the fridge was still cold and everything, so it seems like our food will be AOK. Although, both our TVs and all the lights were on when he got home. Oops...

We're going to just hang here today as we were going to be coming by this afternoon for birthday/Father's Day dinner thing. So, I have not abandoned you, just at the 'rents. Later!

glad to hear that you made it through all right! So did myself and my family...although when it first started storming out lights flickered a number of times and I wondered if they were going to go out (it didn't).

It flickered a couple times before it finally went out. We took a walk after it had passed and found...A DOWNED POWER LINE! Yeah, that'll do it....
