Just a little somehting funny that made my day

This is for all my QAF friends:

I stopped in at the Starbucks on my way to work today. Like I do at least once a week. The barista there knows me so well now that he starts to make my drink (grande chai latte) before I even order it. He's funny, we talk every now and then if it's slow. He started calling me his little ski bunny last year after we went skiing and I was away for a week. So anyway today, it's kinda busy, but he looks up I say "Hi" he says "Hi, Sunshine!" And I got all giggly inside like "Sunshine!" Hehe! So I just gave him a big smile back and took my latte. It kind of started my day off good, which was nice, cos then it kinda went a little downhill from there. Not that bad, but that was kind of the high point of my day. :-)

Guess the Photoshop stuff is paying off!

So, for our ringbearer's gift, we got him tickets to a Schaumburg Flyers game. Since we couldn't really buy the tickets before hand, I mocked of a gift certificate thingy in Photoshop and we put it in a card:



We saw that family yesterday and we brought the schedule to see which game we would be going to. Worked that out and hubs called and ordered the tickets today. Well, the RBs mom just called and asked if we needed the number from the gift certificate to give to the Flyers people! I guess I'm getting better at this Photoshop thing than I thought!
