Dinner Question
Oct. 19th, 2010 12:17 pmI took out pork chops to cook for dinner later, but I'm now thinking I kind of want to make BBQ/pulled pork sandwiches. Would the best way to do that to be just throw the cops into a crock pot, cover them in sauce and let them cook for several hours? Or is there some other way I should go about this?

Cook pork chops in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until browned. Add enchilada sauce. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 45 minutes or until chops are fork-tender.
Remove pork from skillet and cool slightly. Pull pork into shreds using two forks. Return pork to skillet. Heat through.
Serve on rolls. Top with cheese and coleslaw.
