Oh, Klaine....

This is a Warblers performance from the Valentine's Day episode, airing next Tuesday. It has gotten the Klaine faction of the Glee fandom in a tizzy as it seems to show Blaine flirting with another guy.
First off, just getting this out of the way - Darren is amazing! Holy shit.
Now, theories and speculation as to what is happening as we have no context.
First off, rumors of future story lines that seem to support we are seeing what we're actually seeing: Blaine's ex is supposed to come back in the picture somehow. This could be the guy. Ryan Murphy has also said that Kurt will finally find love when he stops looking for it. This also hints at the story line that Kurt is apparently going to have some kind of Singles Are Awesome sleepover with Mercedes and Rachel. I'm sort of OK with this possible development as it shows Kurt & Blaine being treated like any other teenage high school couple. They're not going to just get together cos they're the only gay kids. They're going to have to work for it and so when they do get together, it'll be that much more real and special. So, while I'm not so happy with Blaine flirting with someone else, in the long run this could be a good thing.
Now, speculation that we're not really seeing what we think we are.

kurt_blaine. This is a singing telegram type of situation. And the next words out of Blaine's mouth are going to be, "By the way, Ashley says Happy Valentine's Day." To which guy will respond, "Oh, thank god. As awesome as you guys are, that was a little weird." And I can see the group doing this as maybe a way to raise funds for Regionals/Nationals.
Second, my theory - this is not real at all. It's all a daydream in Kurt's mind. The situation would be thus: Kurt & Blaine are at the mall. They stop at The Gap so Blaine can get socks or whatever. Kurt's over there, Blaine is over there. He innocently strikes up a conversation with Gap Guy cos, well, he's a friendly guy. Kurt looks up, perhaps sees Blaine laughing at something Gap Guy said and his brain just explodes with "Blaine is flirting with someone else!" and takes off into When I Get You Alone.
Here's why I think either one of those is more plausible than Blaine sing-flirting with some random dude at The Gap: 1) If this is true, then Blaine somehow managed to convince the whole Warblers group to go help him seduce his ex/some dude. And I just can't buy that, even in Glee's hyper reality. A couple of his close friends, maybe. But not the whole group. 2) Kurt's rather strange detachment from the whole thing. Everyone seems to be involved and into it, but Kurt is kind of just hanging off to the side kind of singing along, but not really.
So, yeah. That's what's going on. I NEED GLEE BACK NOW!!!!

He's been through a lot, with the bullying, his Dad's health issues, and now, if this is not a dream sequence/candygram, he's being publicly let down by the guy he's in love with...That just sucks. I feel like most of the other chracters get their few moments of happiness between the angst episodes, and I hope that that comes to fruition eventually for Kurt.
