switch842I'm glad Finn and Puck were able to make amends and that storyline is finally resolved.
Interesting way of getting the football team and New Directions together. But this was long overdue. But stupid Karofsky. He really, really needs to get himself sorted out. But that moment with him and Mr. Shue. Will started to get to him. I was talking about this with Bri a bit during the Glee marathon and there's really something more going on with Dave than just being in the closet.
I must admit it was pretty hilarious that the hockey team all had mullets. Oh, Glee. Please don't ever change.
What can I say about Bills, Bills, Bills? First off, Blaine? Why so sexy? Ugh. Not fair. But he thinks that little number is gonna beat Vocal Adrenaline or New Directions when they get their act together? Oh, Blaine. You have another thing coming...
But now I'm confused. Is Kurt in a dorm or not? Cos first he hadn't spoken to Finn since the wedding and now he's bringing Finn warm milk every night? I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE DEAL IS!!!! dlfkgds'flg And flirting with Kurt? God, Kurt is so smitten. And I'm not going to say anything else, except TUESDAY!! *growls* WHy must we wait?!?!? Stupid TV....
Thriller was awesome. Tina was amazing picking up the fumble and almost running it for a touchdown. So close! But then they won!! Of course they would. But Karofsky still has his issues. I feel kinda sorry for him. But I also want to punch him in the face. It's conflicting. But I guess that's what makes him interesting.
I'm sooooooooo proud of the girls for quitting Cheerios. That is going to be very interesting to see what happens with that little storyline. Will they be let in? Or are they really out for good? Hmm.....
So, Finn/Quinn again? Not sure how I feel about that yet. I guess we'll have to wait and see if it actually develops into anything....

Then the next day (school day, at least) Finn walked up to Karofsky in the hall and said that if he wanted to join Glee permanently he would have to make things right with Kurt first, and offered to drive with him to Dalton. And Karofsky was all "You think I want to join Glee? Uh, no." And then Finn got all sad face. :-( Then Quinn was there and told Finn how great he had been that week and that it reminded her of why she had loved him. Then she kissed him! And ran off....
And that was pretty much it. Preview for next week showed Finn setting up a kissing booth to raise money for their trip to Regionals and Quinn being in line to get one with Sam looking on all mad. Which is only right as he's her boyfriend. So, yeah. Tomorrow's episode should be interesting.... :-)
My husband came up to say good night in the middle of "Bills, Bills, Bills" and I was all "One sec..." and ended up having to chase him up the stairs once it was done. LOL Poor hubby.... Hehe. I cannot wait to see the number they do tomorrow on the big screen. It's gonna be something else...

Date: 2011-02-07 10:29 pm (UTC)As for Kurt living in a dorm I've given this some thought and now I'm thinking that he does live at home and the reason they don't talk is because Finn is the silent type when it comes to these kinds of problems; epically where it concerns Karofsky. (I also agree that there's more than denial going on there with him)
And regarding the game, I'm surprised that the ref didn't make them take of the make-up/ the other coach make a fuss about it. Also if she had gotten tackled so hard she was out for a few seconds then why was she on the sidelines cheering? They would've taken her to the ER to see if she had a concussion/swelling.
(Maybe I'm overthinking it though)

There wasn't enough Kurt and Blaine for me, but I did like the coffee shop scene. "I love scarves."
Kissing booth? The only two people who should be kissing in the next ep should be Kurt and Blaine.

And Quinn has got problems, toying with finn like that. But keep in mind that Sam is only dating her to make him popular. By the way, did you see him in the car commercial? He's so much cuter with normal hair. Anyhow, that whole situation will be a mess, but honestly, I'm not really that interested in it.
And does anyone else think Karofsky is completely adorable. yes, I know he's mean to Kurt...and everyone else...but he's only mean because he's confused! He's got the sweetest smile, really! I don't know where Glee is getting these adorable guys from, is there a store somewhere?

Or if she was dating him cos he was the quarterback and she was the head cheerleader and that's what's expected, you know? I don't know. The whole Finn/Quinn/Sam thing is going to be interesting, at least.
I have totally mixed feelings about Karofksy right now. I mean, he threatened to kill Kurt and made him leave school. But at the same time he's got these HUGE issues that are just messing him up and I kind of want to just hug him and tell him it'll be OK. But then I remember what he did to Kurt and I want to punch him. Glee definitely knows how to give us complex characters for sure.

Date: 2011-02-09 02:37 am (UTC)So we all assumed that Kurt was staying at Dalton because it's so far away, but maybe they can't afford the tuition and room and board. We know that they had to make sacrifices just to get him in there, money is probably quite tight. It might just be cheaper to commute.
It's much more inconvenient for one of his parents to drive him there and back every day, it would just point out how much pressure Kurt felt to leave, and how far his family is willing to go to protect him.
