I Wanna Be A Starship Ranger!

Finally got to watch Starship this afternoon with a couple friends in preparation for our journey to Urbana on Saturday for the YouTube DigiTour with Starkid. O.M.G. It was soooooooo freakin' hilarious, I can't even... You just... you need to see it. These guys are so brilliant and so amazing and so talented it's mind-boggling.

If you enjoy musical theater, comedy, singing puppets or any combination there-of GO WATCH IT. Then hop over to iTunes and buy the soundtrack! :-D

You know, I was going to skip it, and then everyone kept going on about how good it was, so I watched it and OMG, it was so good. I loved it.

Totally buying the soundtrack this weekend. Have fun at the digitour! :D

It was so much better than AVPM and AVPS and Me & My Dick were and THOSE were amazing! I feel so inadequate next to StarKid. LOL

Me & My Dicks is on their youtube channel. Darren's not in it, but still well worth watching if you enjoy StarKid at all. I mean, it's a musical that involves anthropomorphic genitalia singing and dancing. Doesn't really get much better than that.

My daughter and her friends went to Digitour. I spent a total of an hour in the car and 3 hours sitting in a KFC waiting for the concert to be done. Ug.

They had a blast though. :D

I started watching and got to Act 2 Part 3, 5:05 minutes. Then I had to go to work.

IT'S SO AWESOME! SO MUCH FUN! I WAS LAUGHING SO HARD!

Knowing I had Starship to come back and finish watching made my night at work so much better!

I need to find some pictures of Starship somewhere because I NEED icons! It's so funny! But, at the same time, it's also really touching. Which is something these guys are great at - they'll make you laugh and then whip you around and make you cry.
