Torchwood: Miracle Day

I don't know why I watched this. I'm so mad at Torchwood I deleted all my TW icons. But we have Starz free for a month, so whatever...

First, I'm going to start with a quote from the wonderful or_mabinogi in the comments to his review: "Actually, it is pretty interesting. Only if you can completely disconnect yourself from what the show used to be."

This is exactly how I feel.

I absolutely HATED Children of Earth. That wasn't Torchwood. RTD pretty much admitted it wasn't Torchwood. So, why I tuned into this, I'll never know. I do know that I won't be tuning in again. It was the absolute piece of shit I was expecting it to be. I'm sorry, but if you want viewers, you don't make one of your main characters A CONVICTED PEDOPHILE AND MURDERER. That's just... Ugh. Sickens me. I'm sorry, but no.

And Gwen. I was never really a fan of Gwen from the beginning, but then what she did to Rhys after the Owen thing is just unforgivable. I can't do it. She's a fucking bitch who doesn't deserve the wonderful life she has.

So, anyway. If this was your first time watching Torchwood, enjoy. As for me, I won't be.

I pretty much just DVRd it for the JB. And while he was hot, the rest of the show was just too much of a mess to even bother with....
