I have some questions...
Just saw Deathly Hallows for the second time (only used 2 kleenex this time around!) and there are some things that have me confused. Now, I have not read any of the books, so perhaps these things are explained there, but I am clueless.
1) These are sort of inter-related a bit. In the beginning, they ask Mr. Olivander to verify whose wands they have. They are confirmed as being Draco's and Bellatrix's. Why would they need to do that if they took the wands from them? Just to confirm that they were using their own wands and not someone else's? Then, when they get to Gringot's and Hermione!Bellatrix is asked for her wand as identification, why don't they present it? They have it. I feel like I'm really missing something there....
2) When Harry goes to the forest to meet Voldemort, the Resurrection Stone comes out of hiding in the snitch. He then sees his parents, Remus and Sirius. He asks them to stay close cos he's going to need them. And we never see them again.... Did something more happen in the book with them? Cos that seems like it was just kind of left dangling.
3) When Mrs. Malfoy goes to check if Harry is dead, why does she say, "Draco? Is he dead?" Draco's not there.
I think that's all. I may have more later. I'll let you know. :-)
I do have to add, though, I think I actually preferred seeing it with the midnight premiere crowd. They were all cheering and hollering when the really awesome stuff happened and there were a couple times I wanted to just be all "WOOHOO!!! \o/" But I couldn't cos no one else was.... :-(

The ghosts of everyone stay until Harry drops the stone, which he does right before he meets Voldemort.
Draco's mother knew Harry had come from the castle, and was willing to betray Voldemort and keep the fact that Harry was still alive a secret as long as Draco was okay (that moment is direct from the book).
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, LOL.

And I think Ollivander ID'd the wands because in the book they didn't know whose wands they'd ended up with in all the fighting.

I have no idea why they didn't show the wand in the movie or include a line about it, but in the book I believe Griphook indicates that Gringotts has been informed that Bellatrix's wand was stolen.
2) In the book the "ghosts" walk with him nearly all the way to meet Voldemort and then Harry drops the stone and they disappear. It's similar to the movie and I understand the slight change; it makes sense. (Plus Sirius's line about them being "in here" is a nice call back to the line from POA when he says something similar.)
3) She's asking if Harry has seen Draco in the castle and if he's still alive. They do a shit job of relaying that in the movie because the timeline is wonky. In the books, the bit at Malfoy Manor (the end of the first part) is over Easter holiday which is why Draco is at home, and then there are several weeks between that event and the break in at Gringotts.
Also, I strongly urge you to read the books. Even though you've seen the movies you have missed so much, and the books are really and truly excellent. If you have difficulty getting into the first two, skip them as the movies stay fairly close to the books and the third book is when the writing gets more stable and the story starts to really develop.

I agree with this. I actually didn't read the first two books for the longest time since I'd seen the movies. I just read three onward. When I did read them, I found I hadn't missed much.

3) OH!!!!!! She's asking HARRY if DRACO is still alive. Not the other way around. OK. That makes A LOT more sense. LOL
I may get around to reading them one day.... I still have a stack of like 6 Terry Pratchet books from my brother and 2 other books I just bought. So, one day, perhaps... LOL

It helps that it's short and that Sirius is awesome.
