BURN NOTICE
Burn Notice is getting... complicated. I don't know if it's quite reached Jump The Shark levels, but it's like it just...keeps...going... I do think this is the kind of show that does need some sort of season long arc to keep things moving, but could they come up with a new one besides who burned Michael? Hasn't that been drawn out long enough? I was really relieved when I thought that was over and now IT'S BACK! Ugh.

That said, I have been enjoying the weekly jobs and stuff. I do like how Jessie is fitting in with the gang. But, yeah, can we move on? I guess that could be difficult though with the show being called Burn Notice. But how long can this go on?

SUITS
Sad lack of Donna last night. I swear, I'm developing a serious girl crush on her. She's just awesome.

I'm liking Harvey's character development, too. Mike is kind of pushing him a little out of his comfort zone.

The whole Mike/Jenny/Rachel thing is actually kind of interesting.

BTW, anyone know where I can find HQ promo images and stuff? The few LJ comms I know about are for posting fanworks and none of them seem to have links to source material and stuff. Thanks!

Burn Notice is really convoluted. It's getting like Alias. We'll never know the truth until the end.

It was nice to see Madeline incorporated into their plan. They do more Michael/Fi shippiness in some eps and then pull back. Grrr. . .

I agree about Burn Notice, it really does seem to be getting more involved. Like the arc is just getting to epic proportions. I know it's not going to be easy for them to just quickly wrap up the whole "who burned Michael?" thing, but yeah, this really isn't what I'm used to seeing.

I'm definitely liking Madeline getting involved. I mean, they couldn't really keep her out of the loop for much longer, anyway. LOL

Re: Michael/Fi, here's something I didn't quite understand from last week's episode. Fiona VOLUNTARILY asked Armand for help but then she started acting like it was all Michael's fault and he made her contact him or something. Um, no. Michael has no idea who Armand is so why would he object to you seeing him if you said he was the best for the job? Grr......

I've kind of had it with Burn Notice. It's like they lost the thread of what they're doing and they're kinda flailing away at it and hoping something happens.

Suits is awesome sauce and Donna is the best! I can't believe it's almost over for the season!

My only hope with Burn Notice is that the renewal they got at the end of last season was actually for TWO seasons, so maybe that allowed them to plot things out further and (possibly) to their conclusion. Maybe? I don't know. But I'm gonna keep watching cos I NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING!!
