As soon as Hardison said the con was going to be complicated, I knew it was gonna go balls up. Complicated is not good for things like this. Simple is better. Much better. But, thing worked as (as they always do in Leverage-verse) and Hardison learned his lesson, so all is well.

I've been waiting for a con like this with those Cash For Gold guys as the baddies. That is just such a scam. If you want to sell jewelry, take it to a jeweler. Seriously.

A few random specific things:
Eliot should wear glasses all the time. Like, ALL THE TIME. And, as I said on Tumblr last night, if Eliot had been a professor of mine I would have never missed class. I'm gonna need, like, a shit ton of icons of him from that little scene.

It was kind of nice getting to see Portland be Portland. Though, they did make me crave Voodoo Donuts. Or just donuts in general. YUM.
