I'm not even sure what that was

I just know I liked last year's Prom better. Which, when you remember what happened last year, is really saying something.

I just. I liked parts of it. But some of it just left me staring at the screen, unsure how I felt.

It may have something to do with the songs, too. The only song I know that they did was "Take My Breath Away." I find I enjoy Glee more when I know the songs. Like, WTF was that Dinosaur or whatever that Brittany sang? And the boyband song? I just like have no idea what's going on most of the time now.

I liked the songs, but I wish we'd gotten a smidge more Klaine at prom. I just... I don't know. I didn't like what Quinn did and I didn't like the Finchel ending. *sigh*

Someone mentioned on Tumblr, and I have to say that I agree, that Klaine have basically been turned into the show laugh track. Like, they're not even treated with respect anymore.

Cos, honestly, I don't need them making out in every episode like it seems Finchel do, but, come on, give us something.

My reactions pretty much go like this "Okay, Kurt and Blaine are in this scene. OH, they're next to each other, sweet. OMG, HEY, THEY LOOKED AT EACH OTHER, MY FEELS. HOLY SHIT, TOUCHING, THERE WAS TOUCHING!
and finally, when it happens (because it's so rare) KISS=DEAD.

Maybe I wouldn't have such extreme reactions if it was more common. *sigh* They could at least hold hands. It's pretty clear that McKinley has changed if they elected a bisexual class president and neither Kurt or Blaine have had any on screen harassment all season.

I just wish I knew who was cockblocking Klaine - is it the dumbass writers or Fox? I just want to know who I should direct my anger at.

And why hasn't Ryan stepped in to do anything? Klaine is, like, his baby.

I'm going with 75% network interference with about 25% shitty writing. I hate to think that Ryan's actually done all he can (because that man is a barracuda), so to give him a smidge of credit, maybe this is the best they can do.

Which is quiet honestly depressing as fuck.

I liked last year's better too. The story was more interesting, which is I think what made it better.

It was. Like, thinking about it, was the whole story just Rachel and her feeling like crap and then getting crowned queen? I mean, I can't think of anything else....
