The news about Charleston is interesting. Like most of them, I think, I'm hopeful that it's true, but hesitant to really believe it. Who knows what the aliens are really capable of?

I don't like Pope leaving the Second Mass. That means less Colin. :-( I know he'll be back eventually. I just hope he's not gone too long. But, shit man, that fight was epic and a long time coming. Though, I had been kinda hoping for Tom to stay with the Berzerkers a little longer cos that woulda been hella interesting.

I hope they find what they want in South Carolina. I hope they make it there.

Ugh. Poor Ben. Whatever that thing is with his glowing spikes is fa-reaky.

Side note, about how geeky I am - I had a couple friends over yesterday for my birthday and we ended up having a little Falling Skies marathon where we watched the last couple eps of season 1 and then I caught them up with the season premiere. All of us, the one thing we noticed and were happy about was that Maggie's hair had like 6 inch roots of brown growth behind the blonde highlights. Cos, you know, that's what would really happen in these situations. People wouldn't be maintaining their hair dying. They couldn't. So, yeah. We geeked out over that for a bit. LOL :-)

On another geeky note...one of the Berzerkers is Ryan Robbins of Sanctuary fame. :-) I kept failing every time I saw him last night. I know you probably didn't watch Sanctuary...but I'm thrilled to see him.

Yeah! Ryan's one of the Vancouver actors who's been in just about everything. I didn't watch Sanctuary but he's been in Stargate and JPOD and Psych I think. Anyway, very nice to see him for sure.

He has! He's not quite at "Hey he's that guy" status...well mostly because I know who he is...but he does tend to randomly pop up on things.

JPOD? I don't think I know that one.

And yes! I am so happy to see him. Can't wait to see if he gets a bigger part. He's apparently gonna be around for a while.

JPOD was actually a strictly Canadian series that never got picked up here. Coincidentally, it also starred Colin Cunningham! Ryan just had a little guest starring arc. It's a very strange and interesting series based on the book of the same name by Douglas Coupland.

Was it actually called JPOD? LOL there are a bunch of random things connecting SG people. It's always funny to find them on the same things. I'll have to see if I can find it somewhere to watch streaming.

It is called JPOD (perhaps J-Pod specifically). The book & show are so named because a bug in the computer system at the company during the 1999/2000 change over caused everyone with a last name starting with "J" to be reassigned to the same little "pod" in the basement of the company. Hence, J-Pod. :-)

In-ter-est-ing...I shall have to look for it.

To give you an idea, one of the storylines involves Colin's character being abducted by the Korean mafia, shipped off to Korea where he is forcible addicted to heroin and made to work in a shoe factory.

Yup.

I...don't even know where to go with that. All righty then.

I found a possible location to watch online. Hey I've watched worse for pretty boys. A lot worse.
