So, I just saw something that seems to indicate that Grant Gustin will be back as Sebastian in almost every episode of season 4 of Glee.

Am I the only one extremely not excited about this?

I just really don't like Sebastian and it seems like everyone loves the fuck out of him and Grant and they both just rub me completely the wrong way. And it's not in a "I love to hate him" kind of way. I just think his character serves absolutely no purpose and is completely nonredeemable.

Yes, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, etc etc. But when EVERYONE has a different opinion than what mine is, I just feel like there must be something I'm missing and it's gonna make season four suck even more than I'm dreading it if this turns out to be true.

It's probably not true cos I doubt they've even started writing season four. But I was just really hoping Sebastian was gone and realizing he might not be is just bringing me down.

I heard people speculating about his return the other day, but I hadn't heard it was confirmed. I need to go find this spoiler and then take it with a grain of salt, because EVERYTHING always changes from summer spoilers once they film an episode or two.

It's a screenshot of his IMDB page. Which, thinking about it, I supposed I could just go over to imdb myself right now and see if it's actually there or if someone photoshopped it...

And it is there. I have no idea how easy it is to alter imdb pages or who actually does that. Hopefully, it's been hacked and some Sebastian/Grant stan did it as a prank. *fingers crossed*

Anyone can alter IMDB if you have an account, I do believe. Taking it with a block of salt. :D I remember someone added herself to a movie cast and it was up forever (it might still be up there, lol). I could be wrong, but I don't think I am.

Interesting. I'm sure it will be corrected soon. I mean, there's no way they can know what episodes Sebastian might be in. And, as far as I know, we haven't even really heard who of last year's cast is coming back except for the big four, really.

I saw it, and there's no way he'd be listed beyond episode one right now, because I'm willing to be that's all that's written (they MIGHT be on episode two, but it's RIB+ so I doubt it). If anything, all we would get is an article announcing he's been contracted as recurring for X amount of episodes. Without the episodes being written, there's no way to know for sure which ones he'll be in (especially this season, when all characters will NOT appear in all episodes).

Also, no contract announcements are usually made until July (last year's Harry/Darren/Chord announcement was made on July 1st) and might even wait until Comicon to be confirmed.

If this was legit, there is no way they wold announce it on IMDB first; there would be a press release

Yeah. I think I've realized that now. This was just that sort of knee-jerk, Oh dear God, please don't be true reaction.

Oh, I'm not worried about Sebastian splitting the boys up at all. I just really hate his fucking meerkat smirking face.
