LJ Layout Question

I was thinking it might be nice to add some sort of visual break between the entries on my LJ. Just like a simple break line. But I have no idea where to look in the code to see if it's something I can just tweak, or if it's a whole new chunk of code I would have to add. In which case, how the hell do I do that? THIS is my layout if anyone might be willing to take a look at the CSS and let me know if this is possible.

As for your layout question, um, I'm not sure. I'm not good enough with CSS to know where to look :(

The way I did it I added a line of text in the "Customize Journal Style page.

I opened up a second window and opened a post a journal entry then wrote what I wanted in the rich text then did all the creative stuff like enlarge, colour, set in italic, then went to the htlm and copied what was shown then pasted it in the Customize section
