I'm trying to figure out how this happens

switch842Several months ago, my mom ordered a new catalog. She got one issue, didn't order anything, change anything, NOTHING. The next issue comes to MY HOUSE in her name. Her name is not associated with my address in any way.
HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN???
It's not the first time either and I just don't understand. It's not like she ordered something as a gift that was sent to my house and so now I'm on their mailing list. No. Somehow, her address got updated in their system to my address. I had never heard of them until I got the first catalog, so it's not like our two addresses somehow got swapped somewhere in the system.
Seriously, what the fuck is going on??
