This video is very different than anything I've ever made and a lot of the videos you normally see. It's pretty much the opposite of a happy video. The song is "Hide and Seek" by Imogen Heap. If you know the song, you probably have a vague idea of what the video might entail. I hate to describe it this way, but I'm not sure how else to put it: it's a video about violence and how it affects our Liberty Avenue gang (although, it seems to focus on Brian and Justin the most cos they have the most angsty clips). So, there are clips from the bombing, the bashings (Justin and Darren), Brian's cancer, etc. Anyway, I hope this doesn't deter anyone too much from watching because I am very interested to hear people's reactions to it. The song has haunted me since I first heard it earlier this year. I hope you watch.

It's just a fun little thing. Nothing too serious. It's to the song "Foggy Day (In London Town)" as sung by Michael Buble. It's Brian/Justin.

Yesterday, I decided to start making my first attempt at a music video. It's a Queer as Folk Brian ansgt kinda thing set to "Sympathy" by The Goo Goo Dolls. The song is right around 3 minutes. After about 6 hours of work, I'm about 2/3 of the way through. Dang, man! I suppose it's taking me so long cos I didn't have it completely set out what I wanted so I had to look through all the clips I had for a few parts. Plus, some of the clips, the program didn't like so it crashed on me a couple times. The first time, I hadn't saved it yet. Luckily, I was just at the very beginning. But still, that kinda sucked. I probably won't be able to get back to it until Wednesday since I have Nutcracker and ballet tonight and tomorrow. I might be able to squeeze in a little before I have to go tonight, but we'll see.

Oh! Get this - I knew something a computer programmer didn't know!! I started working with this girl on the error reports to let her know what they're like now, what I would like to see, etc. I was showing her this one report that I had exported to Excel. The one billing program that some of our clients used just switched over the being an internet based program. But they are slowly moving clients over a chunk at a time instead of in one large chunk. So, the one thing this report doesn't tell me, that I would like it to, is which version the particular invoice would be in. Are you following me? So, each system actually has its own report, but I combine them so I'm just working one report and I then lose what system I got the report out of. Which I didn't realize the last time and had to waste a large part of my day going back to look each of these up again. Today, when I ran the report with her, I inserted a column where I could input the billing program version. I put it in the top line and then did Ctrl+D (fill down) to fill in the rest of the sheet. She didn't know about! I was really surprised and kind of proud of myself. Hehe. :-)

OK. That's my ramble. Later!!
