I went shopping to day for an outfit to wear to my boyfriend's holiday party since the dress thing didn't work out. I have this beaded sleevless v-neck sweater I got from Ann Taylor loft a few years ago that I love. But I've never really had a nice bottom to wear with it. So I went looking for a skirt. Found the most GORGEOUS and perfect skirt at White House Black Market. Which, sells only black and white clothing (in case you couldn't guess). :-) So, I show it to the boyfriend when he gets home. And he's just like "Eh. It reminds me of something from my grandma's house." WTF? I mean, really. It's gorgeous. Just beautiful. And he's just eh about it. I mean, I know he's a guy, but he could be a little excited that I look pretty in it, ya know?

I mean, hello? Do you not see the prettiness? And topping it off with the leather jacket I just got, too? Totally hot, right?

Edit: Wanna know something really cool about White Houst Black Market? If you spend $300, you get 5% off for life! How cool is that?!?!

Ooo, it IS pretty! There must be something wrong with your bf. :P Like Shania Twain said,
"Any man of mine'll say it fits just right
When last year's dress is just a little too tight
And anything I do or say better be ok
When I have a bad hairday"
;)

I love A League of Their Own! Awesome movie. :D

Something must be wrong with your bf because that skirt is gorgeous. I absolutely love it!

It's a beautiful skirt and a nice length, too. Never mind what bf says. And if grandma has stuff like that, then she must be really cool! *wink*
