2 New Videos!!

Well, sort of. I debuted these this past weekend for some folks at the Chicago Con. And now, I am sharing them with you lovely folks.

First up, this vid was made a birthday present for the fabulous erin_anderson. Who is wonderful and awesome and one of the greatest people I know. We share a love for Daniel/Vala, so this is for her.

Second is actually an old video that I've been dying to remake. Now that all ten season are out on DVD, I felt I could do it justice. It's my Sam Carter video to All American Girl. I have removed the old link, so if you had it saved or anything, you'll want the new one. It's a much better quality, too.

Well, I already told you what I think, but let me repeat it... both publicly and soberly. :D

Time After Time - wonderful, amazing, perfect song for them, fantastic editing, and you captured their relationship just perfectly, because they really are always there for each other, whether they realize it or not. Again with the lyric matching, and just like I told you before, your love of music and your ability to "feel" makes all of your vids, but in particular this one, something special. They've got that little bit of extra power, because they're not just clips set to music. You feel the music, you feel the characters, and that gives your vids an emotional quality that so very few have (like the matching of the time-reversal with the "out of time" line that gave me goosebumps). And in case you didn't catch it, I love it. I feel some pimpage coming on. :)

All American Girl - Timing is fantastic, lyric matching is amazing, and your clip quality is really, really good. I've got very few Sam vids that I like, because I always feel like they're either ship vids in disguise or they're so nasty to her (and I'll admit I've made one of those because I was mad at her at the time) that I end up not liking what I'm watching, but this one is different. This one has parked itself squarely in my very small list of good Sam vids.

Like, honestly, I cannot even express how much your compliments and support mean to me. I've looked up to you for so long and only hoped to one day maybe be half as good as you. To have you as a fan of mine is just astounding really.
