OK, this is going into list form so I can keep everything straight....


Luckily for me, the cabin we were staying in while skiing last week had cable. And not just cable, they had the SciFi channel!! So, I did get to watch the Atlantis premiere. I was so afraid I was gonna miss it. And I also got to watch the Atlantis marathon that was on all day. LOL :-D So, it was an interesting episode. Repli!Weir at the end was a bit of a shock. But in a good way. And it looks like she's Evil!Repli!Weir. Even better. :-) I really hope they're not setting up some kind of romance thing between Shep and Larrin. It's just really unnecessary. Besides, he asked Rodney out for dinner. :-) It will be interesting to see where the rest of the season goes with the wraith and replicators. I want Carson!!!


So, wow. The Torchwood fandom exploded while I was gone. New season 2 extra long promo with oh, so delicious Jack/Ianto kissing. And that is one hell of a kiss. Looks like Ianto initiates it, too. I think. That'll be fun to see. Lots of new promo pictures. The first few minutes of the first episode are out on youtube. Yay!!! I cannot wait for January 26th. I may need to revamp the LJ for that. :-)


I've decided that Breaking Benjamin's Phobia is the awesomest album ever. I cannot stop listening to it. I cannot wait for the concert. I'm gonna totally freak out.


I'm not sure if I mentioned this yesterday and I'm too lazy to go back and look. But, the day we left to go skiing, about 5 minutes into the drive, I managed to drop my cell phone in a very deep icy puddle and completely ruin it. Luckily, there is no cell service up there anyway, so I didn't miss much. And no one ever call me. :-) So, I stopped by the store yesterday to see about getting a new battery and if that would help. It did not. :-( So, I had to go get a new cell phone today. Damn, cell phones are expensive when you're not renewing a contract. And I got the cheapest cell phone they had. No bells & whistles. Just something to make calls with. Oy. Maybe I should have looked and seen if they had anything that was the same price with the bells & whistles.


I've made one resolution. I think I can stick to it. My job is very relaxed. We don't have clients in the office hardly ever. So, basically, I can wear jeans every day. And I have been. But then I realized I'm missing on wearing a lot of fabulous clothes I have. So, I've decided I will only wear jeans twice a week. I think it's easy enough. :-)


Not the TV show. Our new one. We finally have a closing date. February 4th. Just about a month and we will be out of this apartment. Yay!!! And we already have our first house guest lined up!! :-D

Usually I dislike watching male/male kissing, but in the WWII episode, they set up the tragic romance so well that I cared about both characters and it didn't matter what gender they were.

I'm a little nervous about a Spike/Captain Jack kiss though. If it's just for shock value, I may go "Oh yuck!".

I don't think it'll be for shock value. They haven't really done that in season one and from what I've read it does have a purpose in the story line. Not sure what exactly or how deep it goes (LOL), but it's not just for a lookitthepretty!! thing. :-)

I'd rather spend that money on a phone. Ugh. Can I still text you on your shiny new crappy phone? I need to pick up the Phobia CD...(note to self...)

WOW! Talk about steamy! Yay I am the first house guest! Yes furniture would be nice....back with steel rod and all, can't really sleep on the floor. Not that I wouldn't, for a chance to go to the concert...but I'd be awful cranky the next day. ;-)
